Ciaran Toner is the co-founder of 4AllPlayers.

A UEFA Pro Licence coach, Ciaran has 17 years’ experience in the game as a player and 7 years’ experience as an elite coach.
​
Ciaran progressed through Tottenham Hotspur’s elite youth academy before playing a significant role in successful seasons for teams including Rochdale, Grimsby Town and Lincoln City as well as playing internationally for Northern Ireland.
​
Having experienced, first-hand, the lack of support provided to him to succeed inside and outside of the game he co-founded 4AllPlayers to help others create a future pathway for themselves. He prides himself on delivering an honest opinion of what is required to succeed and the amount of effort that is needed to create value for yourself over the longer term.

John Brandon is the co-founder of 4AllPlayers

John has nearly 20 years experience in education, within sport and pastoral care. John has a strong passion for football and has held the UEFA B licence for a number of years, working in academy football and managing in both non league and county football with success.
​
In 2011 John helped a student athlete achieve his dream of playing football in America. What this young person experienced was something that John felt compelled to allow others to experience. John created a company that recruited young student athletes and placed them into soccer programs in America, with huge success.
